Everyday I awake in hopes there will be an “again” with you. I may have stumbled in the past and our paths parted, but I always believed we would reconnect. My heart continues to beat, powered with hope of hearing your voice and meeting you once again.
I was stunned when I first saw you walking down the dining area with a group of people. Everything was a blur but you, as the sun touched your face I thought God sent an angel in my presence. Many people noticed me staring as a smile reached my face at the moment you glanced over at me flipped your hair. I was very excited when you invited me over. Playing Nintendo was the first thing we ever did together at your place. We were both so nervous but I guess Mario pulled us closer together that night. So many smiles came out as the joy of our company together grew.
