When I awake each day I’m in hopes to connect with you again. I yearn to hear your voice, see your smile, and take your hand once again. As I find you in my heart, the uncountable times each day many thoughts of you enter. A smile always finds me and often tears do as well. I always think if we do not connect today there is always tomorrow. However, tomorrow is never certain as the love I have for you. If tomorrow doesn’t come for me, please know you always hold my heart, in this life and the next. I promise if I do have a choice in the afterlife, I will do everything in my power to keep making you smile.
